Question basically is all there is to it. How do you start? What movies do you start with? Which order do you watch them in? Also, is the animated series "star wars: clone wars" good?

I'll skip all the stuff I put in my answer to your other question like this ... watch them 4 - 6 then 1 - 3 ... and focus on the animated stuff with this answer.
I guess the first thing to say is that there are two animated series and a full length animated movie about Star Wars.
The first animated series was on TCN (The Cartoon Network) in 2003 & 2004. The title was The Clone Wars Micro Series. It consisted of 2 "seasons". The first "season" had 20 five minute "chapters" and the second "season" had 5 five minute "chapters". Lucas had them done for two major reasons ... 1.) to build the "hype" up for the upcoming release of ep III in 2005 ... 2.) to give fans a little more info on some of the many battles of the Clone Wars that couldn't be shown in the live action movies. In truth we see very little of the Clone Wars in the movies ... the Clone Wars basically start at the end of ep II and are in their waning days at the beginning of ep III. For the most part the micro series was very well done ... a couple of "WTF" moments that didn't make much sense but overall very good. They built the hype for ep III perfectly as chapter 25 of the micro series ends right where ep III starts. They were also well received by the fans ... something Lucas tucked away in his "something to do later" file somewhere in his head.
In Feb of 2008 Lucas stunned fans by telling us that he was working on an animated series to tell more about the Clone Wars and a live action TV series that would be set in between ep III & ep IV and would show how the Rebel Alliance was formed and their battles against the Empire leading up to the events of ep IV. More rumors swirled about another Star Wars movie coming to theaters ... again Lucas stunned fans by saying "Yep ... we're going to put out a feature length animated movie as the pilot to the new animated series" ... well not in those words but close ... lol ... At first most thought that he was just going to remake the micro series but that was NOT the case. This was going to be an entirely new series set during the micro series ... the title would be Star Wars The Clone Wars. The following is a little time line for the live action movies and how the animated series and movie fit into it:

As for are they good ... personally I think the answer is a big Yes ... it is one of the highest rated shows in the history of TCN. I can't say much more about it without giving things away about the movies.
In the end you could probably watch the main 6 movies and then watch the animated stuff after. You could even watch the micro series in between ep II & ep III but I would wait until after to watch the animated movie and new series ... it would just make it easier to understand.
I have one more suggestion about the main 6 movies. After you have watched ep III ... pick up the novel version of it and read it ... then watch ep III again ... you will be amazed at how many things make more sense after you have read the book. No, I really can't say what things without giving things away.
In the end I welcome you to the "Star Wars Family" ... as Obi-Wan tells Luke in ep IV ... "You've taken your first step into a larger world".

I was just wondering if anyone knows when the next episode of Star Wars the Clone Wars is. The last episode I know of was Revenge, which was episode 22 of season 4. Anyone even know if there will even be another episode??
